Carers Trust Wales provides funding to 25 Delivery Partners in the Third Sector to offer unpaid carers in Wales a short break. We work with Delivery Partners across all local authority regions in Wales. Our Delivery Partners range is size and focus, from small volunteer-led groups to large-scale charities.
Our Delivery Partners provide support to carers looking after people with a broad range of conditions, from dementia to cancer, mental illness, learning disabilities, or long-term illnesses. They support all carers, from young carers under 12 years old to older carers, parent carers, working carers, carers from minority ethnic and LGBTQ+ communities.
