Adferiad Recovery's project will support adult carers of people with mental health and co-occurring needs to take a short break from their caring role. The project will offer a mix of solo and group activities to be chosen by each carer, supplemented by day trips and the charity’s existing monthly social/peer support events currently being delivered in each of the charity’s 16 bases.
All respite breaks will be designed to meet the individual needs of the carer.
To find out more or to apply for this break, please speak to Adferiad Recovery directly.
